Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Operations Manager to manage daily store activities, staff, inventory, customer service, and sales operations. The candidate should have strong leadership and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor sales, customer service, and store performance.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.




- Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
- Handle customer concerns and support resolution.
- Monitor billing and cash-handling procedures.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure store discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
