Role Description The Store Manager at The Trost is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

The Store

Manager will handle customer inquiries and issues, drive customer satisfaction, and implement initiatives to meet sales and performance targets. Additional responsibilities include enforcing retail loss prevention measures, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations,



and preparing regular reports on store performance. The role also involves coaching and developing team members to uphold The Trost’s brand values and service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive in-store experience.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, training staff, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage, protect assets, and ensure secure store operations.
- Previous experience in retail or wellness/FMCG environments, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Minimum - 2 Years of Experience Required
