Job Title: Store Manager

Responsibilities :

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and shift requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, display, and billing of products.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, expiry, and operational wastage.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and company standards.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing,



and store expenses.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, accounts, and other departments as required.
