Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build solid customer relationships.
- Handle high-value customers and support the team in closing sales.
- Maintain strong knowledge of diamond jewellery, product features, pricing and collections.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, product displays and store security.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales.
- Monitor daily sales reports, KPIs and team performance.
- Ensure the showroom maintains premium visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Coordinate with HO/management regarding sales, inventory and operational requirements.
