Job Summary

We are looking for a Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the project/site store. The person will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining proper records of materials, tools, equipment, and other site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site store.
- Receive materials delivered to the site and verify the quantity and condition against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain proper records of all materials received, issued, returned, and transferred.
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requests.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to avoid damage, loss, or wastage.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned team when materials need to be replenished.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with stock records.
- Maintain proper documentation for material inward and outward movements.
- Track tools, equipment, consumables, and other site materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, and Site teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Maintain records of returned,



damaged, or rejected materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
- Ensure materials are issued only against proper authorization.
- Support internal stock audits and provide required documents and records.
- Ensure company materials and assets are properly accounted for and secured.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines related to material handling and storage.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Experience in handling construction materials and site stores will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock and material records.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple material requirements.

Note: Previous experience in a construction-site store is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
