A store incharge oversees daily operations, inventory control, and staff performance in a retail shop, warehouse, or facility.
Core Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, record incoming and outgoing materials, and run regular physical audits to prevent shortages.
- Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and lead team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Operations & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and enforce safety and compliance rules.
- Vendor & Order Coordination: Reorder low stock and work with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare logs, consumption reports, and sales updates for upper management.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
