Job Summary

MyGadgetStores is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Associates to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting refurbished smartphones and accessories, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable smartphones and accessories.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and available offers.

- Promote refurbished and pre-owned smartphones, ensuring transparent communication about product grades and conditions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.

- Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

- Manage billing, payments, and basic POS operations.

- Maintain stock records and coordinate with the store manager for inventory management.





- Support promotional activities, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Follow company policies, retail processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates preferred.

- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or consumer durables.

- Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills may also apply.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and mobile accessories.

- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the roster.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
