Job Purpose To support day-to-day store operations including receiving, checking, storing, issuing and dispatching raw materials, packing materials, finished goods and other company materials while maintaining proper records and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming raw materials, packing materials, components and other supplies against purchase orders/invoices.
- Verify quantity, material condition and basic specifications at the time of receipt.
- Prepare and maintain GRN / inward records and related documentation.
- Properly store and arrange materials with appropriate identification and labelling.
- Issue materials to Production / other departments against authorized Material Requisition / Issue Slip.
- Maintain stock records in Software and Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies immediately.
- Support monthly/periodic stock reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of inward, outward, transfer, return and rejected materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality departments regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
- Assist in packing,
loading and dispatch of finished goods as required.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping and proper material stacking in the store area.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
- Support internal/external audits and provide required store records.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store In-charge / Management.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate / ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 1–3 years in Stores / Warehouse / Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Inventory software will be an advantage.
- Positive numerical ability and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
