We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our hospital team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring patients’ health conditions, administering medications, and supporting doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs and treatment plans.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
- Observe patients for changes in their condition and promptly report concerns to the doctor or senior nursing staff.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection-control procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Educate patients and their attendants about medication, treatment, diet, and basic post-care instructions.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff,



laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified standards at all times.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide appropriate first aid and basic life-support assistance when required.

Requirements
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM as applicable.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant nursing council.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, medication administration, infection control, and emergency procedures.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on hospital requirements.
