Job Title: SSM Sr. Analyst

Qualification: Any Graduate Commerce Background

Relevant Experience: 4 To 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance operations

Must Have Skills:

- End-to-end experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance
- Good understanding of the P&C; policy lifecycle

Good to Have Skills:

- Strong understanding of P&C; insurance products, claims cycle, and customer servicing models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in handling enrollment and policy-related queries
- Valuable understanding of policy administration and enrollment processes
- Ability to resolve customer queries related to policy, enrollment, and servicing
- Experience handling policy renewals and renewal-related queries

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze service support functions including call center operations,



claims support, and policy administration
- Track performance metrics such as FCR, AHT, and SLA adherence

P&C; Insurance Domain Expertise:

- Apply knowledge of P&C; insurance processes, especially claims, underwriting, and customer servicing
- Support compliance with regulatory standards and internal insurance servicing guidelines

Process Improvement & Optimization:

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders

Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

Mode of Work: Hybrid
