Sr.BIM Modeller – ASMEP

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller with strong experience in ASMEP (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) modelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and industry best practices. The candidate must possess extensive hands-on BIM project experience and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Experience Required

 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience.

 Mandatory: Minimum 4 years of hands-on BIM modelling experience on live projects.

Educational Qualification

 Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain high-quality ASMEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

 Create accurate Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing model elements based on design drawings, mark-ups, and engineering inputs.

 Generate and update shop drawings, fabrication drawings,



installation drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.

 Perform model audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project BIM standards.

 Identify and resolve modelling inconsistencies and participate in clash detection exercises using Navisworks or similar coordination tools.

 Incorporate design revisions and client comments into BIM models while maintaining model integrity and version control.

 Coordinate model interfaces with internal teams and other disciplines to ensure constructability and seamless project delivery.

 Create and manage BIM families, templates, annotations, and project-specific modelling standards as required.

 Ensure timely completion of modelling deliverables while adhering to project schedules and quality expectations.

 Support BIM Coordinators and Project Leads by providing accurate model-based outputs and project documentation.

 Maintain organized project files and follow established BIM execution plans and company workflows.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
