Role & responsibilities

Location: Pune & Sanand

Metals STA:

1. Should have Degree in Mech/Prod/IE for Sr. Engg Minimum 4 to 7 years, AM 8 to 9 Years and Mgr- 10 Years
2. Should have sound knowledge in Press toolings and had worked experience in Press shop or any tool makers
3. Also Welding experience should be check like structure welding, Robotic welding MIG welding, TIG welding, these are Key words
4. Experience in Auto ancillary and OEMs
5. Handling team experience for Manager level is essential
6. We can check NTTF passed candidates having experience in tool making

Non-Metals STA:

1. For Mgr. Position we are looking a Person who had sound experience in PU foam
2. Should have knowledge of PU foam making process
3. Also, should have sound knowledge in Foam tooling process and their validation
4. Basic knowledge of PU foam chemical
5. Should have experience in team handling and valuable communication skills





Plastics:

1. For Mgr. Position – we are looking a Person who had sound experience in injection moulding
2. Should have knowledge of injection moulding process
3. Also, should have sound knowledge in press tooling process and their validation
4. Should have experience in team handling and good communication skills

Trim engineer:

1. You can search candidates from Trim maker like ex Lear, Adient
2. Should have knowledge of Trim engineering
3. Trim consumption verification, BOM preparation, Trim dwg etc. these are key words
