Sr. Tender Executive – Solar

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tender Executive to manage solar EPC tenders for government and private-sector projects. The role involves tender tracking, bid preparation, documentation, submission, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and track tenders through GeM, CPPP, DISCOMs, and other tender portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids, cost estimates, pricing, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with design, finance, legal, and other teams for tender submissions.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, pre-bid queries, submissions, and bid follow-ups.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of government and private-sector tendering processes.
- Experience in Solar EPC projects, preferably rooftop or ground-mounted.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, costing, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, DISCOM, and state tender portals.
- Robust analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Mechanical or relevant field.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or Infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
