- Lead supplier quality activities including audits, corrective actions, supplier complaints, PPAP, APQP, 4M change management, and recent product launches.
- Conduct supplier process, product, system, and PTR audits, drive timely action closure, and provide on-site technical support for quality and production issues.
- Drive supplier performance improvement through PPM reduction, risk assessments, continuous improvement, VAVE, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier development programs.
- Ensure compliance with IATF, MAFACT, customer-specific requirements, and audit closure, while supporting launch containment and zero-defect objectives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve repeat issues, improve process capability, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
