Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sr.

Social Media

Associate to join our team. If you have a knack for social media trends, community engagement, and brand storytelling, we want to hear from you! This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Create, schedule, and optimize content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) to boost engagement.

- Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better results.

- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.

- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.

- Handle online reputation management (ORM),



responding to DMs and comments in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations for brand promotions.

- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to suggest innovative strategies.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).

- Robust understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies.

- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

- Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
