Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Coordinator – MEP to coordinate and support the execution of MEP and fire protection projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate end-to-end execution of MEP and fire protection projects.

· Review project drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.

· Coordinate site activities and ensure proper sequencing of MEP works.

· Track material requirements, procurement, delivery, and availability at site.

· Coordinate with design and engineering teams for drawings, technical clarifications, and revisions.

· Identify project-related issues, delays, and technical requirements and coordinate their resolution.

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and project requirements.

· Monitor quality of installation and coordinate inspections and testing.

· Assist in preparing project reports, progress updates, MOMs, schedules, and documentation.

· Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.





· Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, approvals, inspection reports, and as-built documents.

· Attend project meetings and communicate action points to relevant teams.

· Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant engineering discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP / Fire Protection project coordination or execution.

· Experience in the Fire & Safety / Fire Protection industry will be preferred.

· Good understanding of MEP coordination, fire protection systems, and site execution.

· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Good knowledge of MS Office and project documentation.

· Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project priorities.

· Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, or other fire protection installations will be preferred.
