We are looking for Sr.

Motion Graphic

Designer. This position requires a talented and experienced individual with a minimum of3-4 years in the industry, a passion for cutting-edge design, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, video editors and other creative professionals.

- Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and creative vision.

- Translate client requirements into compelling visual concepts and designs.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboard ideas.

- Design and Development of creative campaigns across various digital platforms, including promotional videos, social media content, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

- Attend brainstorming sessions with leadership creative team to develop concepts for new business presentation

- Maintain high standards of design excellence, ensuring all creative output meets or exceeds client expectations.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance creative capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Minimum 3-4 years experience working in a digital agency and 2 years as a Motion graphics Video Editor

- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Well-versed with Adobe Suite, CGI, and video editing.

- Should be familiar with software like Midjourney, Blender, 3D Max, Maya, Zbrush, etc.

- Should have strong knowledge of all video and audio formats

- Experience with video production techniques, including color correction,audio editing, and visual effects.

- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JS/JQuery, and experience in UI/UX design would be an added advantage
- A creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics, color combination, typography, and other detailing

- Should be familiar with technical requirements and trends for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
