Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Engineering / Maintenance to lead maintenance and reliability activities at our API manufacturing plant. The role will be responsible for ensuring high equipment reliability, plant availability, utility performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for API manufacturing equipment and plant utilities.
- Manage maintenance of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, mills, blenders, pumps and other process equipment.
- Oversee utilities including HVAC, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, RO/DM/PW/WFI and clean utility systems.
- Drive equipment reliability through RCA, FMEA, RCM,



MTBF/MTTR and predictive maintenance.
- Plan and manage annual shutdowns, plant turnarounds and major equipment overhauls.
- Lead installation, commissioning, qualification and validation of current equipment and utility systems.
- Manage CapEx, OpEx, maintenance budgets, spare parts and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, US FDA, EU GMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through TPM, Lean Manufacturing and reliability initiatives.
- Manage maintenance documentation, CAPA, URS and qualification/validation activities.
- Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
