Position: Sr.Maintenance Manager

Salary Offered: ₹1,00,000/- to ₹1,25,000/- per month

Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical / Industrial / Production or equivalent Engineering certifications(one or more preferred/required) in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, or Internal Auditor

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Location: Chhatral (Gandhinagar), Gujarat

Job Purpose To lead and manage overall plant maintenance operations by ensuring smooth functioning of machinery, minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and implementing effective preventive and breakdown maintenance systems for uninterrupted production operations.

Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage overall plant maintenance operations, maintenance schedules, manpower allocation, spare parts planning, maintenance budgets, and resource requirements for uninterrupted plant operations.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure smooth functioning and maximum uptime of production machinery, utilities, and plant systems.
- Supervise maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, utility, cooling, compressor, pump, and power systems while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for machine servicing, AMC management, technical support, installation, commissioning, and equipment modification activities.
- Maintain maintenance reports, machine history cards, checklists, spare inventory records, documentation systems, and maintenance compliance records.
- Monitor machine performance, downtime trends, equipment reliability, maintenance costs, spare consumption, audit findings, and maintenance KPIs to identify operational gaps and improvement areas.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, plant efficiency, maintenance effectiveness, and cost optimization.




- Lead maintenance team development through training, delegation, audit reviews, safety compliance, 5S implementation, and best maintenance practice adoption across plant operations.

Technical Skills Required

- Expertise in Plant Maintenance Management, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, utilities, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical layouts, and technical documentation.
- Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, spare parts planning, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in maintenance reporting, documentation systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting & Documentation).

Soft Skills Required

- Root cause analysis, systematic problem solving (SPS), and Continue improvement

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
