Key Responsibilities

- Drive rejection reduction projects and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead daily QRQC, VQA rejection analysis, defect analysis and action-plan tracking.
- Manage Lot Return analysis, clearance and reduction actions.
- Control Rework/Reject segregation and clearance from Plant and CRI.




- Monitor live process stock, SAP rejection posting and monthly stock activities.
- Drive abnormality management, root-cause analysis and CAPA.
- Manage customer complaints, analysis, corrective actions and deployment across sections.
- Coordinate Customer/QA audits, including preparation, action plans, documentation and training.
- Control Change Management through PCR/PCA and 4M change reviews.
- Drive IATF activities, shortfall analysis, CAPA and monthly quality planning.
- Coordinate with R&D; for tool/tooling development, trials and implementation.
- Manage manufacturing improvement projects, deviations and assigned projects.
- Conduct Supervisor/Operator training on quality, process and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain SPQR, COQ, Q-Meeting and project status reports.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, R&D; and other stakeholders for continuous improvement.
