Sr. Civil Billing Engineer –

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 5–8 years in Civil Construction / Real Estate Projects

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and measurement sheets.
- Check work quantities as per drawings, BOQ, and actual site measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, and project management team.
- Verify contractor bills, material consumption, deductions, and variations.
- Prepare Extra Item / Deviation / Variation statements.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books, and supporting documents.
- Monitor project quantities and cost against approved BOQ.
- Assist in reconciliation of materials and quantities.
- Ensure bills are submitted accurately and within project timelines.

Requirements:





- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Take-off, Rate Analysis, and Measurement.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects preferred.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month

- High rise building : 2 years (Preferred)
- Commercial building : 2 years (Preferred)
- Residential bunglow : 2 years (Preferred)
