About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Engineer to join our IT Staffing & Recruiting team. The ideal candidates will help improve job application materials, apply to suitable roles, and conduct initial screening calls. The main goal is to secure technical interviews for candidates and ensure a smooth, successful placement process.

Responsibilities

- Bench Sales: Effectively search projects for the consultants on the bench across the US region with direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors.
- Client/Vendor Relationship: Maintain healthy relationships with hiring managers from clients and vendors, understand their requirements, and provide matching profiles.
- Consultant Engagement:



Engage with consultants on the bench, understand their technical skills, job preferences, and career goals, and help them find the right project assignment.
- Billing Negotiation: Should be good at negotiating the billing rates and contracts with clients and vendors to secure the placements.
- Marketing Report: Should be able to create and submit the report on a daily and weekly basis with information related to Sales activities, placements, and interviews.
- Documentation: Maintain an accurate data of all the information related to Consultants, Clients, and Vendors

Qualification:
- Education: Candidate should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required for this job.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of using Job boards(LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.,), Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
