Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to manage architectural planning, design coordination, drawings, and project execution for real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review architectural designs and drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.
- Prepare and review working drawings and construction details.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with site teams for execution of architectural works.




- Review material finishes and design specifications.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor design progress and project documentation.
- Support project planning and design development.
