Job Overview

Siddharth Auto Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance at our Katraj office. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience managing ledgers, GST/TDS filings, bank reconciliations, and routine financial audits. Preferred candidates reside in or near Katraj, Pune for a convenient daily commute.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management & Accounting: Maintain accurate daily accounts, journal entries, ledger postings, and vouchers in accounting software (Tally Prime / ERP).
- Taxation & Compliance: Handle timely calculations, filing, and reporting for GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS payments/returns.
- Reconciliation: Perform routine bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and customer balance reviews.
- Invoicing & Payments: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), verifying vendor invoices and processing timely payments.
- Reporting:



Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow statements, profit & loss summaries, and trial balance reports for senior management.
- Audit & Documentation: Assist external auditors during quarterly/annual audits by preparing required schedules and supporting documentation.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s (M.Com / MBA in Finance).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of core accounting experience (preferably in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors).
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Katraj, Pune are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic GST portal navigation.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, numerical accuracy, and sound understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
