:

1. Data Entry and Reconciliations: Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system, including invoices, expenses, and payments.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.

2.GST: Verify GSt applicablity, GSTIN, HSN?SAC, GAT rates and tax calculations.

Assist in filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR -3B. Monthly reconciliation of Books Vs GSTR-1/GSTR-3B.

·Check Input Tax Credit eligibility and assist in ITC reconciliation.

· Assist with e-Invoice and E-Way Bill compliance, wherever applicable.

1. TDS – Key Responsibility

· Identify transactions liable to TDS and determine the applicable section/rate. · Verify vendor PAN and TDS applicability before processing payments.

· Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS.

· Prepare TDS workings and assist in quarterly TDS return filing.

· Reconcile TDS Payable, Challans, TDS Returns and Form 26AS/AIS.

· Assist in issuance of Form 16A and resolution of TDS defaults/notices.

1. Accounts Receivable





· Customer ledger reconciliation and receipt accounting. · Maintain debtor ageing and collection reports.

· Account for customer TDS deductions and reconcile the same.

1. Export Documentation: Assist in export invoices, shipping bills, packing lists and other export documentation.
2. Employee Expense Verification & Payment: Verify employee expense claims, bills, approvals. Record expenses accurately, reconcile employee advances and process approved reimbursements / payments on a timely basis.

Assist in Audits: Provide necessary documentation and support during audits. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
