The Specialist-QA will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across processes by conducting audits, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

- Conduct audits of transactions, emails, and work samples to ensure quality requirements are met

- Document errors, provide feedback, and maintain up-to-date quality documentation

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify improvement opportunities

- Suggest process improvements and training plans based on RCA findings

- Analyze data using graphs and trends to prepare QA reports

- Collaborate with operations teams to address quality issues and implement improvements

- Maintain and update SOP documentation





- Conduct regular SOP audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

Specific Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles

- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills

- Good communication skills both verbal and written

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and QA reporting tools

- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and other RCA tools

- Experience in QA projects using QC tools is an added advantage

- Knowledge of Procurement is a plus

- Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) preferred
