- Strong understanding of Corporate Actions Lifecycle
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and monitor Corporate Actions
- Validate Announcements, Record Dates, and Payment Details
- Coordinate with Custodians and Internal Teams
- Reconcile Entitlements and resolve mismatches
- Maintain Audit-Ready Records and MIS
- Strong understanding of Corporate Actions Lifecycle
- Exposure to Dividends, Bonuses, Rights, Mergers, and Redemptions
- Knowledge of Entitlement Processing and Reconciliation
- Experience in Portfolio Accounting or Fund Operations is a plus

Profile 2: Corporate Actions Associate

Summary:

Corporate Actions Associate in a finance or investment operations department manages the lifecycle of events initiated by publicly traded companies that materially impact securities, such as dividends, stock splits, mergers, and tender offers.

Key Skills:

- 6+ months of experience in Corporate Actions Processing
- Hands-on experience in Dividends, Splits, Bonuses, Buybacks, and Mergers
- Robust Reconciliation and Exception Handling
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with Exchange Announcements and Market Notifications
- Experience in Reconciliation of Allotments and Entitlements
- Exposure to Client Portfolio Servicing or Fund Operations is preferred
- Strong understanding of Corporate Actions Processing
- Knowledge of Entitlement Calculation
- Strong Reconciliation and Exception Handling skills
- Documentation and Compliance orientation
- Proficiency in Excel and Reporting
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of Regulatory Requirements
- Process and validate Corporate Action Events
- Review Exchange Announcements and Record Dates
