We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their academic, social, emotional, and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify students requiring additional academic or developmental support.
- Conduct individual and small-group intervention sessions.
- Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) wherever required.
- Adapt teaching strategies, worksheets, and learning materials according to student needs.
- Work closely with class teachers, coordinators, counsellors, and parents.
- Monitor and document student progress through regular assessments and reports.
- Support students with learning difficulties, developmental challenges, and other special educational needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and records.




- Participate in parent meetings and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
- Promote an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. Special Education / RCI-recognized qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
- Good communication, observation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centred approach.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
