Job Title: Sourcing & Purchase Manager – Electronics & PCB (Renewable Energy)

Client Overview: Leading manufacturer of Solar PV modules, Inverters, and Battery Energy Storage Systems.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹80,000 / month

Role Overview We are seeking a technically proficient Purchase Manager to lead procurement for our advanced renewable energy products. This role specifically requires deep market knowledge of electronic components, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) development, and raw materials associated with inverters and solar technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Procurement: Source and procure critical electronic components, PCB assemblies, microcontrollers, and raw materials for solar inverters and BESS systems.
- Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers (especially from tech hubs in Asia) who meet stringent quality and pricing standards.




- Cost Negotiation: Drive aggressive pricing negotiations while maintaining high quality. Analyze market trends for electronic commodities to forecast price fluctuations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D; and PCB development teams to understand technical specifications, component alternatives, and prototyping needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5–8 years in purchasing or sourcing, strictly within the Electronics manufacturing, PCB, or Solar inverter industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of electronic component BOMs (Bill of Materials), PCB fabrication processes, and semiconductor supply chains.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
