Role Description The Sourcing Manager - Real Estate - Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other sourcing networks to drive qualified leads and site visits for real estate projects.

The Sourcing

Manager will coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align sourcing strategies with project positioning, pricing, and campaign plans. Daily activities include prospecting current sourcing partners, conducting regular meetings and site briefings, tracking lead quality and conversion, and maintaining up-to-date reports on sourcing performance. The role also involves supporting sales events,



ensuring timely follow-up on sourced leads, and providing market feedback that can inform strategy and planning.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or business development, with a focus on channel partner and broker relationship management.
- Strong skills in lead sourcing, pipeline management, and conversion tracking, with comfort working toward defined sales targets.
- Ability to analyze local market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive projects to refine sourcing strategies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with developers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience organizing and supporting site visits, sales events, and on-ground campaigns that drive qualified footfall.
- Proficiency with CRM tools or sales tracking systems, and basic data reporting skills using spreadsheets or dashboards.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and partner relationships simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant real estate industry experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Comfort working in an on-site, field-focused role in Thane, including regular travel to project sites and partner offices as needed.
- Previous experience in the Thane/Mumbai real estate market and understanding of residential and/or commercial project dynamics is an advantage.
