We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Closing Manager responsible for generating qualified leads, sourcing business opportunities, managing prospects through the sales pipeline, and successfully converting leads into clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercials, terms and proposals with clients.
- Drive leads through the complete sales cycle from sourcing to closure.




- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
