Role Summary

LANDVISTA is seeking a Source & Relationship Intelligence Analyst to build and govern relationships with landowners, sellers, authorised representatives, brokers, intermediaries and local intelligence sources across priority territories. The role combines relationship development, source intelligence, prospect sourcing, stakeholder verification and controlled handoff of qualified land opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain professional relationships with landowners, sellers, authorised representatives, brokers, intermediaries and credible local sources.
- Develop territory-wise relationship and source coverage across priority villages, sectors, corridors and land markets.
- Identify credible land availability, off-market and early-stage prospect signals and enter them into the controlled prospect process.
- Maintain structured stakeholder profiles, contact history, relationship status, source classification and material communication records.
- Verify source identity, credibility, seller intent and claimed representation authority before treating information as established.
- Assess source reliability, conduct recurring-source due diligence and identify source concentration, conflicts, restrictions or misconduct risks.
- Detect duplicate opportunities, multiple-broker representation, conflicting claims and misleading or unsupported representations.
- Capture indicative seller expectations with the source and date.



Do not present them as a LANDVISTA valuation, accepted price or investor offer.
- Coordinate required field, GIS, documentary and independent verification before opportunity progression.
- Maintain controlled opportunity status, follow-up dates, ageing, revalidation requirements and rejection or closure reasons.
- Protect institutional buyer, mandate, landowner, source, price and opportunity information on a strict need-to-know basis.
- Support approved landowner engagement and introductions only after the required internal authority and governance clearance.
- Escalate legal, integrity, bribery, conflict-of-interest, representation, complaint or other material governance concerns to the appropriate function.
- Route qualified opportunities to the relevant LANDVISTA function with complete evidence, context, risks, pending questions and an audit trail.

Maintain reconstructable records from source → relationship → opportunity → verification → approval → handoff → final status.

Governance Boundary

Permitted within the role: Build relationships, source opportunity signals, collect indicative information, verify sources, coordinate verification and support approved introductions.





Not permitted independently: Broker or negotiate transactions; agree commercial terms; promise commissions or referral fees; make informal payments; bind LANDVISTA or an investor; certify title; or disclose confidential mandate information without authority.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Geography, Economics, Land Management, Urban Planning, Research or a related field.
- Preferably 1–4 years of experience in land sourcing, real estate research, stakeholder management, field intelligence, broker networks or relationship development.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and qualified follow-up skills.
- Good judgement in assessing source credibility, representation and market claims.
- Strong documentation, CRM or register discipline, and attention to confidentiality.
- Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR and assigned territories.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, CRM, and Google Maps or Google Earth preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
