About the Role

We are looking for a Soldering Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team in Gandhinagar. The candidate will be responsible for soldering, PCB assembly, component mounting, rework and inspection of electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform through-hole and basic SMD soldering on PCBs.
- Assemble electronic components as per drawings, BOM and work instructions.
- Carry out PCB soldering, desoldering and component replacement/rework.
- Inspect solder joints for quality, proper wetting, alignment and workmanship.
- Identify and rectify soldering defects such as dry joints, solder bridges and insufficient solder.
- Handle electronic components, PCBs and tools carefully to prevent ESD damage.
- Use soldering iron, hot-air/rework station and other electronic assembly tools.
- Follow production schedules and maintain required quality standards.
- Perform visual inspection and basic testing of assembled PCBs.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
- Follow ESD, safety and quality procedures.

Candidate Profile
- ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical,



Instrumentation or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in PCB soldering/electronics assembly.
- Good understanding of electronic components and PCB identification.
- Ability to read basic circuit diagrams, component markings and assembly drawings will be an advantage.
- Valuable hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with experience in EMS, industrial electronics, IoT, robotics, control boards or defence/space electronics will be preferred.
