Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs.

- Assemble and solder through-hole and SMD components as per drawings and specifications.

- Perform PCB rework, repair, and component replacement.

- Inspect solder joints for quality, defects, and proper connections.

- Use soldering iron, hot-air station, flux, solder wire, and other hand tools.

- Follow wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and assembly instructions.

- Identify and troubleshoot soldering-related defects.

- Maintain proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.

- Follow production, quality, safety, and 5S procedures.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Complete production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
