Role Description The Software Tester role is a contract, on-site position based in Mohpa.

The Software

Tester will be responsible for planning and executing test activities, including creating, maintaining, and running test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Daily tasks include identifying, documenting, and tracking defects; collaborating with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements; and verifying fixes to ensure quality standards are met. The role involves performing regression, functional,



and integration testing, contributing to test plans, and supporting continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

The Software

Tester will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet user needs and organizational quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in structured testing methodologies.
- Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills, including the ability to design, execute, and maintain manual or automated test cases.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and analyze defects.
- Experience with defect tracking tools, test management systems, and basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development and product teams, and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Mohpa for the duration of the contract.
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; qualified testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
