Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role located in Thane.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend and core software components that support the company’s products and internal systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, implementing object-oriented designs, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product and operations. The role involves participating in code reviews, optimizing performance, ensuring software reliability, and contributing to technical decisions and architecture improvements.





The Software

Engineer will also help refine requirements, provide technical estimates, and support deployments and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and modular code.
- Experience in Software Development lifecycles, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, and readiness to work in office in Thane.
- Experience with modern development tools, testing frameworks, and basic security best practices is an advantage.
