Reports To: Senior Director, Support Systems Tools Integration
Responsibilities
- Support the development of modern customer support applications and enterprise integrations.
- Increase engineering capability in Node.js and React.js while supporting our long-term platform modernisation strategy.
- Accelerate delivery of customer-facing capabilities through reusable APIs and scalable applications.
- Reduce dependency on platform-specific customisations by building integration-first services.
- Improve engineering productivity through adoption of modern development practices and AI-assisted tooling. What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
