Key Responsibilities:
? Compliance & ELP: Maintain Effective License Positions (ELP) across Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, and SaaS platforms.
? License Optimization: Drive license harvesting, reclamation, and SaaS seat optimization to cut software spend.
? SAM Tooling: Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera One, or Snow Software integrated with CMDB discovery.
? Audit Defense: Lead software vendor audits, true-ups, and contract renewal reviews.
Qualifications:
✅ 7 + years in SAM, license auditing, and software entitlement management.
✅ Robust expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, or Snow Software .
✅ Deep knowledge of Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, or SaaS licensing models.
✅ Certifications (Preferred): CSAM (IAITAM), ITIL 4, or ServiceNow CIS-SAM
