Company Description The B.Tech Biotechnology program at Tulsiramji Gaikwad Patil College of Engineering & Technology (TGPCET) integrates biology and technology to address practical challenges in healthcare, environment, and industry. The curriculum combines molecular biology, genetic engineering, bioinformatics, bioprocess technology, and environmental biotechnology with extensive laboratory work and industry exposure. Learners are encouraged to explore emerging areas such as synthetic biology, nanobiotechnology, and bioentrepreneurship through innovation-focused projects.

Role Description The Soft Skill Trainer will design and deliver training sessions that strengthen students’ communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities in alignment with the B.Tech Biotechnology program’s industry-focused outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting workshops, interactive classes, and one-on-one coaching focused on life skills, professional etiquette, teamwork, and employability skills.



The trainer will collaborate with faculty and placement teams to integrate soft skills into academic and career readiness activities, and will regularly assess trainees’ progress through feedback, assessments, and practical exercises.

This is a contract, on-site role based in Nagpur Rural, requiring consistent presence on campus for scheduled training programs and student support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities for engaging classroom and workshop delivery.

- Candidates should possess Training & Development skills to design curricula, facilitate sessions, and evaluate learning outcomes.

- Candidates should possess expertise in Soft Skills and Life Skills, including teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and professional behavior.

- Relevant experience in academic institutions, corporate training, or career development programs is beneficial.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and placement cells, and to adapt training methods to diverse learner needs.

- Solid spoken and written English; familiarity with regional languages and industry expectations in biotechnology is an advantage.
