Role Description The Social Media & Video Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging social media content that showcases The Adaptiv School’s programs, campus experience, and learner outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include scripting, filming, and editing short-form videos; creating posts and stories for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels; and managing a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and program timelines.

The role also involves capturing footage of live product teams and Demo Day events, collaborating with faculty and learners for interviews and testimonials, and monitoring engagement metrics to refine content strategies.





The Content

Creator will work closely with marketing and program teams to ensure brand consistency and clear communication of key messages.

Qualifications

- Strong social media content skills, including platform-specific storytelling, audience engagement, and basic community management.
- Video production capabilities such as scripting, filming, editing, and post-production using common editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Visual and design awareness, including basic graphic creation, layout sense, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Creative communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to translate technical topics into accessible content.
- Comfort working on-site, capturing live classroom and event content, and collaborating with teams and learners in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics to track content performance and iterate based on data.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or video production for education or technology brands is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in media, communication, design, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
