About the Role

Owleto Technologies is looking for a Social Media Marketer Intern to join our subsidiary group Owleto Media Lab and support social media marketing activities for multiple brands and major client projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, follows digital trends, and wants hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analysing social media marketing activities in a creative agency environment.

You’ll work closely with the content, design, video, and digital marketing teams to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns and brand communication.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Research social media trends, audience interests, competitors, hashtags, and content opportunities.
- Assist in developing social media content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and other creative team members to execute social media campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of Reels, posts, stories, promotional content, and social media campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing basic performance reports.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities for different brands and clients.
- Identify trending topics, formats, sounds, and content opportunities relevant to different audiences.
- Assist with social media optimisation, including captions, hashtags, keywords, and posting strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, features, and emerging content formats.




- Support other digital marketing activities related to social media as required.

- Positive understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and an understanding of engaging social media content.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and performance indicators.
- Ability to research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and explore recent social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Added Advantages
- Experience managing a personal, college, or business social media account.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite or other social media management tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram Insights or other social media analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Experience creating or coordinating Reels and other short-form content.
- Any academic project, certification, or previous internship in social media or digital marketing.
