Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Bread Butter Club Studios in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, including writing posts, crafting captions, and coordinating visual assets with designers.

Manager will manage day-to-day channel activities such as scheduling posts, optimizing performance through SMO techniques, monitoring analytics, and responding to audience interactions and messages. The role includes developing and executing social media and content strategies aligned with client brand goals, collaborating with internal teams,



and providing regular performance reports and insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan and produce targeted, engaging social content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams and to represent brands consistently online.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
