About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and execute social media strategies for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other internal teams for content creation.




- Track and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage social media campaigns and support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and emerging social media practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3–9 years of experience in social media management.
- Robust understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
- Good knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools is preferred.
