Social Media Manager

Location: Gwalior

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Coordinate and actively participate in client shoots for reels, photos and other social media content.
- Develop creative reel ideas, hooks, captions and content concepts.
- Handle posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags and CTAs.
- Coordinate with the video editing and creative teams for timely content delivery.
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities and trending formats.
- Monitor basic social media performance and prepare monthly insights/reports.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, content quality and visual communication across platforms.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content requirements,



feedback and approvals.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook content formats.
- Creative thinker with good knowledge of reels, trends, hooks and storytelling.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
