Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for managing and growing Giraffe Estates’ presence across social media platforms, including planning and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Daily tasks include developing and executing social media content strategies, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, and coordinating with internal teams to highlight properties, client stories, and market insights.

Manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust campaigns based on data and trends.



The role also involves staying current with social media best practices and real estate market developments to create relevant, high-impact content.

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across key platforms
- Ability to develop and implement effective content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Excellent written communication and writing skills for engaging, clear, and brand-consistent messaging
- Knowledge of real estate or related industries, with the ability to translate property features and market trends into accessible content
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance and inform improvements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Ghaziabad
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with basic graphic design or collaboration with creative teams is an advantage
