Compensation: INR 15,000 – INR 20,000 per month

Location: Baner, Pune, India

Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write engaging, platform-specific copy, hook-driven captions, carousel scripts, and post descriptions across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Social SEO & Discoverability: Apply on-platform SEO best practices (keyword-rich captions, profile optimization, search-driven hashtags, and alt text) to maximize discoverability and organic reach.
- Content Planning & Calendar: Plan, schedule, and maintain monthly social media content calendars aligning with client marketing goals, product launches, and industry trends.
- Collaboration with Design & Motion: Coordinate closely with graphic designers and motion artists to translate ideas into eye-catching static posts, carousels, and short-form video concepts (Reels/Shorts).
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to spark meaningful conversations and nurture active online communities.
- Performance Tracking: Track key engagement metrics, analyze organic traffic and follower growth, and share actionable monthly insights to optimize future content strategy.

What We Are Looking For





- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts (agency, creative studio, or brand-side preferred).
- Core Skills:
- Writing & Copywriting: Strong command of English with the ability to adapt voice and tone—from witty, conversational B2C banter to polished, authoritative B2B/agency thought leadership.
- SEO Fundamentals: Positive understanding of search-first content optimization (keywords, search intent, and platform discovery algorithms).
- Platform Fluency: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms, along with scheduling tools (Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Aesthetic Sense: A solid visual eye to ensure all published content matches high design and layout standards.
- Portfolio/Samples: Demonstrated examples of live social campaigns, written posts, or personal content handles.
- Creative Environment: Work directly with skilled designers, animators, and copywriters in a lean, fast-paced agency setting.
- High-Impact Work: Manage voices for dynamic brands and help showcase award-worthy creative campaigns.
- Structured Culture: Predictable, healthy working hours with a focus on genuine creativity over mindless burnout.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
