Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s presence across digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X). In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, managing daily posting, building online community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to scale our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, curate, and produce high-quality multimedia content (short-form videos, carousels, graphics, copy) tailored for specific platforms.
- Social Media Management: Maintain a consistent posting schedule using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and ensure brand voice consistency.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor channels, reply to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a loyal online community and handle basic customer queries.
- Trend & Viral Content Monitoring: Stay updated on viral audio, platform updates, meme culture, and emerging trends to keep content relevant and timely.
- Campaign Execution:



Collaborate with marketing teams to launch product teasers, seasonal promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Performance Analytics: Track key metrics (reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, audience growth), generate weekly/monthly reports, and optimize strategy based on data.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or business.
- Copywriting & Design Skills: Strong copywriting ability with basic hands-on design/video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Photoshop.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and analytics across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solid eye for visual storytelling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
