Requirements:
- 1–3 years of social media experience.
- Robust video editing skills — Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing and trends.
- Ability to work independently and deliver content on deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the monthly content calendar.
- Create, edit and publish Reels, short-form videos, posts and stories.
- Develop engaging content ideas, hooks and captions.
- Shoot/edit basic content when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends and formats.
- Manage posting, comments and DMs.
- Track performance and improve content based on insights.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
