We are looking for a Social Media Executive with practical knowledge of 360° digital marketing. Social media management will be your primary responsibility, alongside supporting SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, website content, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and growth.

- Content Creation: Develop monthly content calendars, captions, blogs, reel scripts, and campaign ideas. Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to deliver engaging content.
- Digital Marketing Planning: Plan and execute campaigns that connect social media, search, email, and website activities with brand awareness and business enquiries.
- Search Engine Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, support on-page SEO, optimise website content and metadata, and monitor organic search performance.
- Paid Advertising: Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads, including audience targeting, ad copy, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
- Email Marketing: Create newsletters and promotional campaigns, segment audiences, and track campaign engagement and conversions.
- Website and Landing Pages: Coordinate content updates and landing-page improvements to strengthen user experience and enquiry generation.
- Lead Generation:



Support campaigns that attract relevant prospects and coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and follow-up outcomes.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media insights, website traffic, campaign results, and conversions. Prepare reports with transparent recommendations for improvement.
- Research and Optimisation: Analyse competitors, test content and campaign ideas, and identify relevant digital marketing opportunities.

Skills and Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

• Strong hands-on social media skills, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Working knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and website optimisation.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

• Strong English writing, communication, and brand storytelling skills.

• Familiarity with Canva, scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.

• Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into practical improvements.

• Strong planning skills, attention to detail, and ownership of deadlines.

An Added Advantage

Experience with WordPress, B2B lead generation, marketing automation, or publishing and media brands.
