About the Role

- We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Social Media Executive who loves social media, understands content trends and can bring fresh ideas to the brand.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. If you are creative, have a strong understanding of social media and can demonstrate your skills through your work, projects or portfolio, we would love to hear from you.
- Candidates with 0 –1 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates with more than 2 years of experience will not be considered for this role.

What You Will Do
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Reddit .
- Plan and maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar.
- Come up with new content ideas, Reel concepts and creative campaigns .
- Research current social media trends, formats, hooks and trending content.
- Shoot positive-quality Reels and short-form videos using a mobile phone camera .
- Plan the shots, angles, framing and sequence required for a Reel.
- Edit Reels independently.
- Create engaging captions, hooks, titles and descriptions.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers and clearly communicate what kind of content, shots and Reels are required .
- Prepare simple shot lists or references before a shoot.
- Repurpose content across different platforms.
- Focus on organic social media growth and engagement .
- Monitor content performance and understand what is working and what needs improvement.




- Regularly bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is naturally creative and constantly comes up with new ideas.
- Loves Instagram, YouTube and short-form video content.
- Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
- Can take a simple idea and turn it into a Reel concept.
- Is comfortable shooting content on a phone.
- Can do basic Reel editing independently.
- Can confidently communicate with photographers and videographers.
- Is willing to learn and experiment with recent content formats.
- Takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions for every task.
- Has a good eye for visuals, storytelling and presentation.

Experience

- 0–1 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related field.
- Freshers with the right creative skills are encouraged to apply.
- Maximum experience: 2 years.
